All orders are shipped tracked and insured via Australia Post.

Express Post

Express post is sent via Australia Post. 

When you purchase our goods, the cost of the shipping will be calculated and presented to you during the checkout process. Any promotional shipping offers will be automatically applied to any eligible orders and not in combination with other discounts or promotions and shipped via Aus Post domestic tracked letter service.

Order processing times for custom orders vary depending on order and will be communicated during the order process.

Although our gifts are shipped securely packaged with Australia Post, sometimes parcels go missing or items may arrive damaged due to circumstances out of our control. This is why all packages are sent tracked and insured.

Returns and Refund policy

We do not offer refunds on purchases made of the goods and services offered on our Website. You must submit your request to us within 14 days of your purchase date by contacting us. We offer refunds on any purchases of the gifts offered on our Website on a case by case basis for the following reason(s) only: damaged products, the wrong product was provided. All requests are reviewed by our team and if they deem the product faulty or damaged a refund, credit or swap will be approved.

In the case of a purchase damaged in delivery, we will assist with claiming compensation from Australia Post within 7 days of receiving you goods and with an accompanied picture.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any other reasons other than those listed but it is important that these gifts are suitable for their intended recipient and the reason they are receiving them. So we are very mindful of this when reviewing requests. We take pride in our curated gift selection and spend a great deal of time ensuring each gift is presented beautifully and they are all finished to a high standard.

You will be required to ship your purchased goods back to us to receive a refund. We will not be able to issue you a refund if you do not ship the goods back to us. You will be responsible for paying all shipping and handling costs on any purchases that you are requesting a refund on unless otherwise agreed. A shipping address will be provided upon request.
